Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
14-day no-questions-asked refund
If a product is not what you expected, email support@agentymation.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and we will refund you in full — no questions, no hard feelings. Refunds are processed through the store where you bought (Gumroad / Lemon Squeezy) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
EU right of withdrawal (digital content)
Our products are digital content delivered by download. Under EU rules, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends early if you expressly ask for immediate access and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal — that is the case when you click "buy now" and receive the files instantly. Regardless of that, we voluntarily keep the 14-day money-back guarantee above as our standard policy.
After 14 days
If a template stops working as documented due to an n8n regression, we ship an updated version free (minor updates) — that is usually faster and more useful than a refund. If we cannot make a product work as described, we refund it. Just write to us.
Free products
Free items (Starter Kit Lite) carry no refund because, well, they're free. Unsubscribe from any follow-up emails at any time.
